Can I use the Herbal Oil on my face?
No. The Herbal Oil is made for neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs and feet. For your face, Morning Routine N°1 with Hyaluronic Serum and Day Cream is the better fit.
What does “no added water” mean?
The INCI lists no aqua as an added water phase. Instead, the base is, for example, organic aloe vera juice (not from concentrate). Each product page shows whether a formula contains added water, together with the full INCI.
How does the free product in a routine work?
You buy the two products of a routine and add a third product of your choice for free. You choose it in the next step. Shipping is free.
What about fragrances and essential oils?
Many of our products contain essential oils that are declared as fragrance ingredients. Every product page has a note and the full INCI. If you react to fragrances, test a new product on a small area first.

We ship with DHL: within Germany in 2–4 working days for €5.99, to the EU in 2–8 working days for €13.99. Shipping to Germany and the EU is free from €100. Pay with PayPal, card or Klarna. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal; this does not apply to sealed hygiene products once the seal has been removed. You cover the return costs.
