30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try it for 30 days. If it is not right for you, email info@drfoerster.de within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note on why, and we will refund the full price of the product, even if it has been opened. No need to send it back.

How the guarantee works

• The guarantee applies once per customer and to one unit per product.
• Unopened additional units can be returned for a refund. Please contact us first; return shipping for these units is at your cost.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we approve your request. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
• Free gifts and items you received at no charge are not refunded.
• We reserve the right to decline requests that look like misuse of this guarantee.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
