Free shipping on every US order

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Where we ship from

US orders ship from within the United States through our US fulfillment partner. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.

Where we ship to

We ship to addresses in the 50 US states. Please check your address carefully at checkout; we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. Because US orders ship from within the US, there are no import duties for you to pay.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at info@drfoerster.de with your order number and we will make it right.
